I have seen this over and over again that some people hire freelancers but then they treat them very disrespectfully. That is not a good thing.

If you are entering into a business relationship with someone and outsourcing is exactly what that is – you are hiring somebody to do work for you. You need to give them proper respect.

Respect your Freelancer

In most cases, these are people who are better educated than you. Their currency is weaker than yours – that’s why you are paying them and not vice versa. Just because you are paying them doesn’t mean you should be disrespectful.

Respect your freelancer and in turn they will respect you. This builds trust. Over time you will end up with an ally.
