We see a lot of inexperienced realtors, brokers, insurance agents and similar professionals invest in leads, make one or two calls to those leads and when nothing happens give up on leads thinking leads don’t work. That is true – leads don’t work that way. Leads have to be nurtured. You have to work the leads to build awareness, start a relationship and over time some of them will become customers. To do that, you need to have an auto responder and CRM system.
Do not invest in leads till you have a CRM and an auto responder in place to work the leads. Once you have a system in place, then invest in leads and then work the leads through your system till they either unsubscribe from your mailing list, die or buy.
