Many people ask the question, ‘What is the best permalink structure for SEO using WordPress?’ So I thought I’ll do a small video on the subject. Hopefully that helps.
Caveat: There is no one good way – everyone’s objectives are different. Mine are to get ranked high on search engines and the Title, URL and description be such that the user clicks on the link. You have to have the right balance and that is why you need to give some thought to how you want to structure your permalinks.

I’ve been reading around for a while and after seeing your post and watching your video I am going to deploy this. I just added it to one of my sites but because I know I have an issue with my .htaccess file in my mext target I am going to wait until tomorrow when I can take the time in case things go bad again like it did with my other site when I changed the permalinks.
