Never host a website with Webhostingpad.com . They offer an incredibly low price with unlimited hosting space, unlimited bandwidth, unlimited domains etc. What they don’t tell you is if your website becomes popular and you start getting traffic, they shut you down for taking too many resources. How disingenuous – What good is unlimited storage and bandwidth if you won’t let me use it? They don’t even give you a warning like move your website to a different provider as you are getting popular. No. They simply shut your site down. Not even the courtesy of an email. You go to your site and it isn’t there. And they have taken your money. They have done it to two of our sites. Save your money and your effort. Never host with such a dishonest company.

If you are in the market for a web hosting provider, there are several good companies. See related posts:

A common misconception with shared hosting services. Unlimited disk space and bandwidth doesn’t mean unlimited CPU resources. Probably why you got shut down. Taken from webhostingpad’s terms:

All accounts will be only allowed to use 10% of cpu and memory and can not exceed a session longer then 10 min. This includes all database uses, email, cron jobs, and any FTP sessions.

You’re going to have this limitation with pretty much any shared host (although the percentage varies. I’ve seen anywhere from 5%-20%). Have to keep in mind you’re on a server with 500-600 other websites so if you bogart the resources then chances are the other sites are down.

I’ve gone through with experiences before. It”s really very frustrating and I never stopped finding the best one.
